Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of VisibleHost websites, hosting, reseller, support, registration, and related service delivery. By ordering or using a service, you agree to these Terms together with any written proposal, invoice, or service schedule issued for your account.
1. Scope
VisibleHost provides digital infrastructure and support services, including hosting, reseller hosting, email, migration, security, business launch support, company registration support, and related consulting or fulfillment services. Some services rely on third-party infrastructure or upstream providers. Where this applies, those provider dependencies form part of delivery.
2. Orders and Service Activation
An order is treated as accepted when VisibleHost confirms it in writing, issues an invoice, provisions the service, or begins fulfillment. VisibleHost may request verification documents, onboarding data, or compliance information before activation. Service timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Pricing and Billing
Pricing may be shown monthly, once-off, annually, or on a custom quote basis depending on the service. Unless stated otherwise, prices may change for future billing cycles with reasonable notice. Taxes, regulatory fees, and third-party charges may apply where relevant.
4. Bank Transfer Payments
Where payment is made by bank transfer, use the invoice number as the payment reference. Services that require cleared funds may only be activated after payment confirmation. Proof of payment may be sent to billing@visiblehost.co.za.

5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of order information, domain contacts, business registration data, DNS instructions, email routing choices, and any content uploaded to systems under your control. You must keep account credentials secure and notify VisibleHost promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
6. Acceptable Use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, malware distribution, fraudulent content, abusive traffic patterns, or any content that would reasonably expose infrastructure, other customers, or upstream providers to avoidable risk. VisibleHost may suspend or restrict services where necessary to protect systems, comply with provider obligations, or manage abuse.
7. Third-Party and Upstream Services
Hosting, email, registry, payment, and compliance-related functions may depend on third parties. VisibleHost is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or delays caused solely by those third parties, but will use reasonable efforts to communicate issues and coordinate resolution.
8. Support and Changes
Support is provided during published support hours unless a higher service level is expressly agreed. You authorize VisibleHost to make operational changes reasonably required for delivery, security, maintenance, or provider compatibility, provided those changes are consistent with the ordered service.
9. Suspension and Termination
VisibleHost may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, abuse, fraud risk, required compliance action, or material breach of these Terms. Where commercially reasonable, notice will be given before termination. You remain responsible for charges incurred up to the effective suspension or termination date.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisibleHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost business, or lost data. Total liability for a claim connected to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a stricter limit is not permitted by law.
11. Governing Documents
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a written proposal, invoice, onboarding schedule, or custom service agreement, the more specific written commercial document for that service will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
