FAQ

Answers for resellers, consultants, and hosting teams.

Search across onboarding, technical setup, billing, support, and white-label configuration to find the fastest path forward.

How do I apply to become a reseller?
Use the three-step application on the apply page. We ask for your contact details, business profile, expected domain volume, and whether WHMCS is already part of your stack.
What is required before I can sell?
At minimum, you need a clear client offer, a commercial contact, and a plan for onboarding client domains. WHMCS is helpful but not mandatory at application stage.
Which WHMCS version is supported?
VisibleHost is positioned for modern WHMCS environments. During onboarding we confirm your installed version, billing workflow, and how DMARC packages will map to your services.
Do you provide DNS guidance for client domains?
Yes. DNS setup assistance is available as an add-on and the core reseller motion assumes you may need guidance across SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and reporting records.
How am I billed?
Pricing is structured by active domain tier with clear monthly minimums. Add-ons such as WHMCS licensing, DNS setup, and SMS alert bundles are billed separately.
What payment methods do you support?
Commercial onboarding covers your preferred payment method. The website positioning anticipates Stripe and PayFast style processing as the reseller program matures.
What support do resellers receive?
Partners receive onboarding guidance, escalation paths, technical clarification, and sales support materials. Enterprise partners can also be mapped to dedicated support channels.
Can I use my own branding and custom domain?
Yes. White-label setup and custom domain branding are part of the reseller offer and can be added as a once-off setup service.
